What can I wear over my back brace?

How do you dress well whilst having to wear a back brace?  I've been researching this since I was diagnosed with bone cancer last year, and have to wear one to keep my spine from collapsing.  Originally, I thought to blog about my findings here.  However, I decided to create a website for dressing with a back brace, rather than a blog, as it's got all the bits in one place.
